:

Our work combines knowledge, skills and experience from architecture and graphic design. We offer comprehensive professional service at every stage from concept to implementation. We approach each project individually, analyzing its functionality, budget, customer needs and aesthetics. The general assumptions and scope of a project can be divided into the following stages.

Stages

ANALYSIS OF THE TOPIC / NEEDS
:
Each project starts with a meeting with the client and discussion about the main guidelines, expectations and needs. Next, we analyze the topic with regard to the planned function, location, location context and other factors that may affect design decisions.

INVENTORY
:
The next step is an inventory of the existing state. Depending on the scope of demolition and disassembly works, we often repeat it at a later stage of the work, in order to verify the measurements and refine the previously inaccessible elements.

PROJECT CONCEPT
:
At this stage, the most important is to determine the main design assumptions, that is to create a functional system and set the direction for design and material solutions.

INTERIOR DESIGN
:
At this stage adopted design assumptions are refined and detailed. Simultaneously, we undertake the initial cost estimation and contact potential contractors. Then we check the budget, make the necessary corrections and check with the client whether the project meets all expectations.

EXECUTIVE PROJECT
:
At this stage the interior design gets its final shape. A complete design documentation is prepared, including general drawings, itemized drawings and details. It is complemented by material specifications and a list of equipment.

SCHEDULE AND COST ESTIMATE
:
While the executive project is being prepared, we summarize the cost estimate of the project, which includes the valuation of fixed and movable elements of the interior. In addition, we create a schedule of work activities, agreed with subcontractors.

AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION
:
Our goal is to bring the project to its last, most important phase, which is the implementation. That is why author's supervision is an inseparable part of our work. Supervision of construction and finishing works and constant contact with contractors and subcontractors gives us the opportunity to implement the project in accordance with the adopted assumptions.

PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION
:
The last phase of each project is a photoshoot, which is the record of our cooperation and becomes marketing and promotional material for both the client and the designer. It shows the outcome of a project, the materials used in it, adopted formal or functional solutions and finishing details.
